Parking Rules Please take note of the following instructions:  Victoria park is centrally located on Victoria Dr in South End, Port Elizabeth. Parking facilities will be provided & 24hr guarding.  ONLY Competition/Display vehicles will be entering event grounds.  KINDLY REMINDER- To ALL Drivers using Victoria drive interception, to use traffic signs & speed limits. THIS A STOP & GO ZONE. Stance / Display  ONLY Competition/Display vehicles will be entering event grounds. Use main gate as entrance access ONLY. LMS 2019, Saturday the 14th December 2019. main entrance gate times, (08h00-10h00).  ONLY pre-registered vehicles will be allowed to set-up display on Friday the 13th Dec. (details to be confirmed)  As a potential winner at LMS, you will be required to participate in an exclusive winner’s shoot.  Winners shoot schedule: Saturday 14th - Sunday 15th December (details to be confirmed)  Stance registration will be checked by an official prior to entering grounds. On the day registration will be made available.  Upon arrival, all passengers to vacate vehicle. ONLY driver & vehicle can access main entrance gate.  Driver will be allocated a display area.  A late penalty fee of will be charged, for late arrivals.  All vehicle’s entering event will be thoroughly checked. No PROHIBERTERT Items allowed.  The fuel tank of the vehicle may contain a maximum of 5liters of fuel. (Fire regulation) GENERAL -RULES & REGULATIONS  Failure to adhere to these rules & regulations will result in a warning and/or disqualification.  ALL Participants entering premises at their own discretion and own health risk.  Dopestinc as well as relevant sponsors wave a right of indemnity at the event.  Dopestinc will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to property or individual.  No un-safe acts will be accepted at this venue; you will be asked to leave the premises.  No spinning, loud revving or reckless driving will be allowed inside the venue.  Speed limit is restricted to 20km/h on event premises. This event occurs rain or shine! Be prepared for wind, rain and/or heat/cold.  All fees are non-refundable.Stance-Competition Entries: (Advised/controlled parking); Assigned colour Zones/ disqualified for incorrect Zone parking!!  Artists/ Sponsors/Stalls/Set up vehicles: ( Advised/Controlled parking) Left hand side grass area, leading to exit gate  General Spectators ;( Advised/controlled Parking) Outside perimeter of venue All drivers will receive layout of parking rules and time

 NO LIQOIUR/ FLASKS/BOTTLES  NO COOLERBOXES  NO HOT FOODS/ OUTSIDE MEALS  NO OPEN FIRES/FLAMABLE LIQUIDS/SPRAY PAINT  NO REVING /NO SPINNING  10KM/h SPEED  NO VEHCILES TO MOVE ONCE STATIONED. ( AFTER 21H00 ONLY)  NO WEAPONS/ NO DRUGS  NO LOUD MUSIC FROM VECHILES  NO PETS
